On the upcoming summer Pori Jazz festival can be reached from Helsinki with a modern cruise ship M/S Baltic Princess from Tallink shipping company. The cruiser with the capacity of 2300 passengers leaves from Helsinki on Wednesday evening 21st of July and arrives to Pori on Thursday morning 22nd of July. Return to Helsinki is on Friday 23rd of July.

The cruise guests have the opportunity to enjoy the Pori Jazz gigs on thursday at Kirjurinluoto Arena and also the evening jam sessions at the clubs.

During the big events there is a lack of accommodation possibilities in Pori. The hotels are fully booked already months before the festival. M/S Baltic Princess offers over 2300 cabin places for the festival guests.
