Kirjurinluoto Arena is the beautiful main venue of Pori Jazz Festival. It was filled up on Thursday 14th of July 2011 with stars like Tom Jones and Randy Brecker / Bill Evans Soulbop featuring Medeski, Martin & Wood. The amphitheatre type of setting allows audience to have a nice picnic while enjoying great music. There is a variety of services available, including large restaurant tents and many different stands offering food, drink, clothing, and cds. There is no age limit and the children get in free with their parents. The capacity is over 35 000.
